Ram is a finance professional with extensive experience of over 20 years across capital markets, investment banking and corporate finance.

Previously, he was the Group CFO of a Dubai based entity having diversified interests - construction & contracting, food distribution, general trading, automotive R&D, SaaS, visual merchandising – across UAE, Oman, Qatar, India and UK. In this role, he formulated the Group’s strategy, implemented financial & operational turnarounds, setup control systems and managed multiple business stakeholders.

In a prior transaction advisory role, he managed the entire gamut of a transaction including business development, marketing collaterals, due diligence, deal negotiation and drafting of transaction documents. Ram has extensive capital market experience of over 15 years having worked with Abu Dhabi Investment Company (a SWF of Abu Dhabi), Standard Chartered (DIFC) and ICICI Bank (India).

He is a CFA charter-holder, post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NIT Trichy.

Bikram is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years of experience with Multinational banks and finance companies. He has been in Senior Management roles with reputed banks like ANZ Grindlays, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank, has worked as a Consultant with International Finance Corporation (World Bank) and has been the CEO of two NBFCs in Oman.

His areas of expertise are Strategy, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Corporate Lending, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance, SME loans, Consumer Durable Finance, Compliance and Treasury.

He is a strategic thinker, can identify issues quickly and can devise and implement corporate plans which have a positive and long-lasting impact on the businesses he has run and consulted.

He is International minded having worked in the UAE, Oman, Bangladesh and India and this experience has given him a wealth of knowledge, ideas and a range of strategic solutions.

Naresh Parmar is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience spanning multiple industries, functions, and geographies. As Senior Partner at Sirius Capital, Naresh focuses on distressed assets, turnarounds, flexible capital solutions, and restructuring. Drawing on deep market insight and extensive experience, Naresh identifies investment opportunities arising from market dislocations and bank balance sheet portfolios, structuring bespoke solutions across corporate debt, growth capital, rescue financing, and non-performing loans. His work is centred on revitalising businesses with strong fundamentals through disciplined operational execution and strategic intervention.

In addition, Naresh has significant experience in the technology sector, where he has built long-standing B2B relationships, led strategic business development initiatives, and helped establish innovative ventures. His other roles include serving as a Director of a Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulated firm and as Chief Operating Officer of a family office incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Overall, Naresh manages key institutional and government relationships, leads investment due diligence, and develops co-investment partnerships with regional and international family offices.
